Result of the Experience:

 In one instance at work, there was a sudden change in the curriculum, requiring a shift in my lesson plans and teaching approach to align with new educational standards and technologies.

 

2   2. How did your flexibility and adaptability help you to deal with the situation?

Being flexible and adaptable allowed me to quickly restructure my teaching materials and methods. I utilized online resources and incorporated interactive tools to enhance students' understanding of complex biological and chemical concepts. This ensured a smooth transition and kept the students engaged and interested in the subjects.

Changes for Better Handling:

Looking back, I would have proactively sought professional development opportunities to familiarize myself with emerging teaching technologies. Additionally, maintaining open communication with colleagues could have provided valuable insights and collaborative solutions, further enhancing my adaptability during such transitions.
